When "I Created This" Is Just Shame in a New Costume

Hey lovelies πŸ’œ

Just dropped a new episode and this one goes deep into territory I know so many of you have been sitting in.

You know that thought β€” "I must have manifested this narcissist" or "I created this toxic situation, so it's on me"? We're pulling that one apart. Because it isn't spiritual maturity. It's childhood shame wearing a new costume with better vocabulary.

We get into the intersection of inner child healing and spiritual awakening β€” separation consciousness vs. oneness, why you can't bypass 3D reality and trauma to get to oneness (that's just dissociation with a spiritual accent β€” the exact survival mechanism the child used originally), and what Neville Goddard actually meant when he said the external world is "yourself pushed out."

We also talk about the role of the inner adult β€” the one who can hold two truths at once. Yes, the harm happened and it wasn't okay on a 3D level. AND from a higher consciousness level, there is only one of us here. The higher truth never silences the child's pain. That's the whole practice.

And we bring in simulation theory β€” how 1940s mysticism lines up with what MIT computer scientists are saying now, and why we came here to pretend to be limited on purpose.

The takeaway I want you to sit with: painful encounters aren't evidence that something is wrong with you. They're sharp invitations to wake up.

You didn't come here to be good. You came here to remember who you are.

Would love to hear what lands for you. πŸ’œ Full episode here: https://youtu.be/oNL1XJ2PJBk?si=M_NGAdtUP4NUaO4P

The Spirituality Trap

New episode of Inner Child Revolution is live. πŸ’›

This one's about the spiritual trap β€” the way we use evolved-sounding language like "I don't want to make anyone the villain" or "I've moved past labels" to avoid naming what actually happened to us.

The mind can rewrite the story. The body can't. Tight shoulders, a stomach that drops when a certain name comes up, exhaustion sleep can't touch β€” that's the truth still trying to be heard.

I break down the three real reasons people avoid naming their experiences, why naming is a private act (not a public confrontation), and why for coaches especially, the patterns you won't name in yourself become the exact ceiling your clients hit.

You hid it on purpose (and that's the good news)

Okay so I just recorded a new episode and I want to talk to you about it for a sec.

There's a book called Busting Loose from the Money Game by Robert Scheinfeld, and the premise stopped me in my tracks. He says we are infinite creators who hid our own power inside our own lives on purpose β€” just so we could have the joy of finding it again.

Sit with that for a second.

It's why manifesting the thing and then feeling weirdly empty afterward is such a common experience. The joy was never in the thing. The joy is in the remembering. The moment you go oh β€” I did that. I've had this power the whole time.

And here's where it gets good. Scheinfeld says the power is hidden inside your triggers. Your patterns. The same wall you keep running into. Those aren't proof something's wrong with you. Those are the eggs. That's where you tucked the power away.

The part I couldn't stop thinking about is what quantum physics says about the observer. The observer changes what's observed. Which means the old money story, the old relationship pattern, the old visibility fear β€” none of that is actually behind you. It's being actively observed into existence right now by a child part of you who's still inside of it, holding the whole thing in place with her energetic charge.

So reparenting isn't soft. It isn't just self-care. It's you reaching into the field, finding her, and pulling her home. And when she comes home, all the creative fuel that was tied up keeping that pattern alive comes with her.

That's the energy you get to build with. That's the frequency people feel when they land on your page or hear your voice.

Full episode is up if you want to go deeper with me. πŸ’œ
